Can’t see how the PL Board members who ignored their own legal advice in the APT case and ended up introducing unlawful rules can possibly survive. Brittain and Masters have to go. They have cost the member clubs millions ands that’s before the full legal costs are confirmed. A total disaster for the PL,
They’ve survived longer because of their incompetence, they have to be in place for the fall out the 115. As you say they should have been walked after the ATP.

Ive just helped my uncle Alex, off a horseI imagine the delay is due to having to ensure that every single comma, full stop etc has to be in exactly the right place so the verdict is clear, unambiguous, and unchallengeable.
