Personally, I think that it’ll come on Monday. If they recieve it today, that should be enough time to read through it. The PL like Mondays and intl breaks. This Monday is a Monday on an intl break!
It is a plausible theory. I was directly involved in a similar high profile case and hearing (not sports related). What happened was that both parties were sent a copy of the Judges' statement on the Friday to prepare for a joint public release on the Monday. Only three senior people saw this document in my organisation and there were strict non-disclosure warnings at pain of ending your career. It ruined my weekend because I had to oversee the comms strategy which was very complex (lots of other related organisations also had a lot of risk). Nothing leaked out and it all went smoothly on the Monday. It wasn't a criminal case but it did ultimately lead to a criminal prosecution. So a Monday release must be favourite (less messy than a Friday which is often a sabotage tactic if one side controls the date). Of course I have no idea if this Monday is our D-Day.Personally, I think that it’ll come on Monday. If they recieve it today, that should be enough time to read through it. Unlike Bob Geldof.:-)Personally, I think that it’ll come on Monday. If they recieve it today, that should be enough time to read through it. The PL like Mondays and intl breaks. This Monday is a Monday on an intl break!
Isnt this espoused every international break? Have to be right one time i supposePersonally, I think that it’ll come on Monday. If they recieve it today, that should be enough time to read through it. The PL like Mondays and intl breaks. This Monday is a Monday on an intl break!
It could be any day of the week. But giving both parties the info on Friday reduces the chances of anyone blabbing because offices are closed most of the weekend. Of course Levy and Lewis have both quit their clubs so perhaps that will improve the situation.I agree with this completely.
My bet is a Wednesday.
Very goodUnlike Bob Geldof.:-)
You're welcome.Very good
I wonder if Pannick enjoyed presenting his argument as to why the club objected to an Arsenal season ticket holder KC being involved in this case ..... I am still dubious that actually happened. Or at I think it was probably badly expressed in the press?
Oh no!Ah, but do we really know that we don't know?
Can't be released Monday as it's a bank holiday (up here at least) :)Personally, I think that it’ll come on Monday. If they recieve it today, that should be enough time to read through it. The PL like Mondays and intl breaks. This Monday is a Monday on an intl break!
Rosen was the retained KC for the PL had been in place for awhile before the chargesI know. The ‘utter cnuts’ I’m referring to are Masters and the red shirts who gave him their seal of approval. Given the vigour the PL has pursued us with (compared with its recent ‘lift carpet and apply broom’ approach to Chelsea’s admitted misdemeanours), I’m loathe to believe they would have been casual about who got to pick the panel. They would surely have selected the candidate they felt most likely to ultimately deliver them both the panel and result they so clearly crave and, for whatever reason, that candidate was Rosen
Not in England I believe. It’s English law and English football so I reckon Monday is it.Can't be released Monday as it's a bank holiday (up here at least) :)
I think the panel was selected by Rosen without input from us.Rosen was the retained KC for the PL had been in place for awhile before the charges
City did question his impartiality but I’m guessing that was a tactic to ensure he acted fairly Not sure about the composition of the panel if either party can object or if it’s like CAS where the chair is selected by CAS and each party nominated one member each
