PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Because the follow up and fall out will only last one week?
A lot can happen in a week.
Announced on Monday 6th, Tuesday 7th October, no premier league games till the 18th, managers press conferences begin on the 16th.
England national team games , fa media team say the national manager will only talk about England games.
So 10, 9 days for the fall out to drop off

So he had a private meeting with our commercial rivals to talk about our club. Not just a moron but a corrupt one.
Is that correct though?

Was he employed to ensure that City would never get a fair deal?
Is that illegal?
Is there somewhere in his Contract of Employment that states he must act fairly to all Clubs if so maybe he the scapegoat but if the objective of the PL is to promote the red cartel in preference to others maybe he is OK and other Clubs can pick up crumbs is their Mission Statement then he was apparently employed legally.
This only changed when City picked up the UK Legal Law angle.

Not very private now??? Makes no sense. In what context would they be talking about us & why has Masters revealed this?
I have no idea. Perhaps he is trying to get his excuses in first before the storm breaks over his head. I didn't post the original details of this.

It will literally be announced when the decision is made.

Thinking there's any dressing up and decorating of the timing of it is silly.

Especially if you think the fall out will drop off in a week or two.

Who's paying the wages of the independent commission, the Premier League, wouldn't be unreasonable for them to request certain timing to the announcement

Anyone who watched the presser today - anyone notice any unusual body language from Pep? Usually a telling sign.

Went for a pint with a couple of PL executives tonight, who both told me, and they were most insistent upon this, Stan Collymore is a woman beating ****.

Make of that what you will.
Now there’s a dichotomy.
PL execs likely to be lying pieces of shit and yet, their description of;
their description of

seems spot on…

Fanciful beyond comprehension this, mate.

Fwiw, I have always thought the club has manipulated the PL brilliantly into a situation where they had to choose between "embarrassment" in having to close a four year investigation without charges and "embarrassment" in having their allegations roundly countered in a public document after a hearing.

The PL chose the latter. More fool them, imho.

That's what I was trying to say but you've put it down much better.
Basically city's hierarchy saying to the premier League...you want to fuck about we'll show you how the really big boys fuck about.
