PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

As there's no requirement to even publish the outcome, let alone the full hearing, it's theoretically possible that we've been fully or largely exonerated and everyone involved has been sworn to absolute secrecy.
I can see that generating another 100 pages of speculation and false theories.
Plenty of pretend ITKs feasting on it.

relaxed now, want the announcement sooner rather than later, but I WILL enjoy:
a. The Sport Pages of all red tops squealing foul
b. The Summons landing on the desks of all the Social Media Dweebs (especially Goldbridge) who dissed us
c. The public backpedalling of all the Clubs who were against us (espcially the 10 who voted against us)
d. Announcement of Masters leaving his post to "spend more time with his family" or "going into a Mental Health Recovery Institution"
e. But especially doing this to anyone and everyone who continues to try it on

BRILLIANT

Why would we agree to that?

Personally if true, I’d release a statement providing the facts & at the bottom would plead guilty in advance of charges to breaking 1 rule around confidentiality.

We’ve had Ted Rogers,Corned Beef even the afterlife being discussed on this thread….WHEN or IF the decision actually drops,I’m going to kinda miss checking in on this thread…..I mean fuck the decision whatever the outcome….i cant help wondering if old Ted is currently scoffing a nice corned beef sandwich in heaven, don’t think the geezer ever really upset anyone so assume he’d be there.

Did the court not rule that it had to be made public for the benefit of the wider public. When they tried to agree to it being private.

I said it was theoretically possible but imagine if the PL agreed to wave the upgraded Etihad sponsorship, plus the First Abu Dhabi Bank one through if we agreed to keep it under wraps. Or we'd agreed some other deal (including Levy's departure plus the Arsenal guy).

Excellent imagineering there, however that scenarlo would cause one hell of a shit storm, questions in the house, no less. I notice @slbsn has not been on to quote his itk source with "as of last Friday. the club have heard nothing"...

Sounds very conspiracy theory all that.

For me, in my sector 4 day hearings can take 3-4 months and only ever going to be read by the parties.

The length of time is not that much of surprise, given the length of hearing and that ever bit of detail will be read over and over again.

What it means for the result who knows!

Clear as day no matter what you believe this is a huge own goal for PL, who should have left it after CAS.

Ted seemed a very nice gent, signed autographs and took time out to have a chat with me, my sister and Mum and Dad when we met him after seeing him in a show whilst on holiday. Told him I was a City fan and I'm pretty sure he said he was a Chelsea supporter

Imagine if he’d said he was a City fan,Chelsea are pretty inoffensive….so I like him even more now,the days when TV was NORMAL and ENTERTAINING,though 3 2 1 watching as a kid back in the day was fucked up,whoever was writing them clues had deffo been on the pipe;)

I definitely think there's some merit in the '3-2-1 hypothesis'; that it's taking so long because every one of the 115/129 charges needs to be resolved/explained in this manner.

I don’t disagree, but I think I’d want a lot more for the price of silence if we’d won.

TV from Saturday night when my parents would always take me to my Grandma's in Dukinfield, other programs (Cilla, Two Ronnie's, Summertime Special etc) are available.

Back to 3-2-1 the clues were so cryptic I always maintain that they decided what prize they were going to shift before the show started and just interpreted the clue to fit the narrative..... bit like football really if you think about it.

As long as City get what they want an under the carpet deal would suit everyone.
Perhaps time to mend the PL and quietly get on with making it again the envy of the rest of the football world.
Can't see how financial matters can be disguised in the accounts though?
