PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

My email sent 9:05 today.

Dear David

Thank you for your reply to my initial enquiry.

A month on from this, are we still in the same situation of not knowing the outcome to the case? Some people have suggested that the outcome might be released during the November international football break. Do you have any indication about when the outcome will be made public?

Many thanks

His reply at 9:55 today:

No developments. No fresh information.

Regards

David

As before, this is a genuine email from me and a genuine response from David, even though I haven't screen shot the message this time.
Does your wife know?

Will you ask him to get a move on.
And do they give a shit what we are going through.
Thanks

If we end up with an appeal, how long will that take to happen?

If we get the most points this season but get a small points deduction, we might have a situation in May where we don't know who has won the league.
Imagine celebrating on the final day then getting it taken away in June.
That can't be good for anybody.

Sorry, but something is really wrong here. No way this takes this long especially if how some of our experts say, it may look like a lot of charges but many of them are rolled into one.

There’s something else happening in the background, and why it’s so quiet.
Pep warned them to be careful

Looking at the bigger picture who does it favour for this to drag on and on and on with no actual confirmation of when the outcome will be made public..
Thr process dragging on isn't good for either party, but the longer it goes on without a verdict, the more worried the club will (or should) be about what the verdict will actually say.

Drafting and agreeing a long (4-500 page) decision after a 12 week fraud trial (which is essentially what this is) is certainly not a short process, especially given that the panel members need to review and agree the drafting between them.

However, the length of time it's now taken is a legitimate matter for concern, in my view.

Some media outlets have mentioned 4 weeks deliberation for each week of tribunal so we’re at that now. However the little song and dance the PL made a month or two ago about future panels needing to commit to timeframes suggests that there have been interruptions in panel member availability along the way in this one and that could be the reason we’re still waiting. Not to mention the level of detail our lawyers have been suggested they went to sounds like it has added to the amount of paperwork creating more work.

Next year I reckon.

Just passing on info.. i

I have been told by Mr Hankey (from southpark).. after a very messy visit.

Verdict will be given as a Christmas gift. I hope it is a CITY gift...

I double checked it with the Tarot cards.. so i know it is true.

Skid mark? Or no mark.. you decide..

I hope he aint full of it.

Shoehorned us into a debate about the rags.

Saying they have a 'brand' that is needed in the premier league. They are talked about even when they are shit and unlike us if we're found guilty their brand will never taint.
Not that it matters but I would argue Erling Haaland is a bigger “brand” than the rest of the league put together.

He won't get the credit because he doesn't play in red.

Back on topic:

Anyone heard the rumour that Khaldoon has bought the company that owns Kleenex and even that won't be enough to celebrate the result?
