And you are more than entitled to your opinion.Thr process dragging on isn't good for either party, but the longer it goes on without a verdict, the more worried the club will (or should) be about what the verdict will actually say.
Drafting and agreeing a long (4-500 page) decision after a 12 week fraud trial (which is essentially what this is) is certainly not a short process, especially given that the panel members need to review and agree the drafting between them.
However, the length of time it's now taken is a legitimate matter for concern, in my view.
For the millionth time, they absolutely do. City and their legal have sat through every piece of evidence and will have a very good idea of the way the wind has blown. For the millionth time, until they see the decision they do not know where the Commission is on even some fundamental matters. City are obviously confident, but then so are the PL. And there is nothing happening in the background except waiting for the decision. As the most senior legal person on the matter has confirmed in writing.

And also for the millionth time, the behaviour of the club since the charges landed..... Pep's contract, Haaland's contract, signing superstars like Donnarumma, extending the stadium, clinching huge new sponsorship deals etc etc.... absolutely screams out that they know full well the way the wind has blownFor the millionth time, they absolutely do. So now we have confirmation that Pannick is paladin -:)My email sent 9:05 today.
Dear David
Thank you for your reply to my initial enquiry.
A month on from this, are we still in the same situation of not knowing the outcome to the case? Some people have suggested that the outcome might be released during the November international football break. Do you have any indication about when the outcome will be made public?
Many thanks
His reply at 9:55 today:
No developments. No fresh information.
Regards
David
As before, this is a genuine email from me and a genuine response from David, even though I haven't screen shot the message this time.
Very good idea is not KNOW. And I KNOW they don't KNOW of even some of the fundamental questions. For the millionth time, they absolutely do. City and their legal have sat through every piece of evidence and will have a very good idea of the way the wind has blown.
It's gone proper weird in here the last few days. This whole 115 episode is absolutely surreal.
I was referring to the commission, not the lawyers. For the millionth time, until they see the decision they do not know where the Commission is on even some fundamental matters. City are obviously confident, but then so are the PL. And there is nothing happening in the background except waiting for the decision. Will Catherine wheel away in celebration?I'm not saying that i'm itk and i'm not saying that i'm not itk but.......

you heard it here first.
No idea what you are talking about. If you mean my post of w.82 that is because you made up rule w.82.3 so I was showing you a) it didn't exist b) even if it did, which it didn't, as you say it is an appeal rule.I was referring to the commission, not the lawyers.
And actually the rule you quoted related specifically to an appeal, which given we haven't had a decision then we won't have appealed.
It amuses me that for all the millions of words written and spoken on this subject, the gallons of newsprint used up, the megawatts of electricity powering social media speculation and the hours spent in "investigative journalism", the only worthwhile contribution to the discussion has come from a member of Bluemoon sending a simple email to the organ grinder. Well done @Paladin !!
Fuck me….just realised it’s bonfire night, got me then LBI'm not saying that i'm itk and i'm not saying that i'm not itk but.......

You could make an argument that all that suggests is that they are confident of not being relegated. I'm not saying that is the case, but just making the point. And also for the millionth time, the behaviour of the club since the charges landed..... Pep's contract, Haaland's contract, signing superstars like Donnarumma, extending the stadium, clinching huge new sponsorship deals etc etc.... absolutely screams out that they know full well the way the wind has blown
I agree. They'd have most likely already formed a view in December when the hearing ended.
For an ex-MGS boy you seem to have issues with comprehension. You always manage to not understand or completely twist everything I say. But that's deliberate isn't it?No idea what you are talking about. If you mean my post of w.82 that is because you made up rule w.82.3 so I was showing you a) it didn't exist b) even if it did, which it didn't, as you say it is an appeal rule.
Either way there is no rule that you quoted - it was made up nonsense.
