Sorry if this has already been mentioned but I really hope Ireland beat the twisting T**T

Never happen first there was Fergie time now there will be Platini time - would not surprise me if ROI did not get a fookin decision over the two games - would love to see them (The French) out if not just for Shay but also Dunne still have a huge amount of respect for him and still one of our best and most loyal players we have ever had.

Not just for Shay and Dunne, but for Stephen Hunt aswell yeah?

I'm hopeful but I think the French will go through. Andrews and Whelan don't give me faith in the middle of the park and dear old Zinedine Kilbane is way past his best. Stephen Reid would of made a huge difference as would Finnan at right back and moving O'Shea to the left.

I'll tell you one thing though, Duff has being playing his best football for years this season, the French philosophy is very attack minded and we'll have to impose ourselves and try and take the game to them at Croker and not let France settle early. Duff will be key here I feel, himself and the other senior players really have to step up and take responsibility. If we're going to Paris without conceeding then we've got to fancy our chances even if we don't score at home ourselves.
I can't f**king wait, nerves have really set in, it's like the build up to the Derby!

saw this in a preview of the Ireland v France game:

"Reports at the start of the week implied the France players were running scared of the Irish, but a gradual sense of confidence has come over the French camp as this game has drawn closer.

Patrice Evra, Yoann Gourcuff and others have hinted at a burgeoning self-belief in les Bleus' ranks, which is why I don't expect them to lose in Dublin on Saturday night."

Seems to me like the French are getting cocky again which should only be a good thing for Ireland. I'm confident they can snatch a win at Croke Park on Saturday and get a draw in Paris. To see Platini's face if France go out would be hilarious!

my parents are irish so i always look out for their results but this game im really hoping
that these french twats gets beat over the two legs just coz planktini is french and also coz fifa change the rules so the more glam teams are at the world cup i.e. seeding the sides
