Similar to the de Jong challenge on Ben Arfa and though Yanga-Mbiwa should be banned he will escape punishment. It is time for Jovetic to show why we paid £22m for him.

It was absolutely nothing like the De Jong challenge. In fact you're unlikely to ever see two tackles be more different.

Or perhaps you mean the end result?

Would not be surprised to see him back next weekend.

It was a cynical challenge but he was kicked on the outside of his leg which was already in mid-air.

If someone booted you in the street you would certainly know about it.

Let's hope it's more a case of sudden pain and shock and all manner of him thinking what ifs?

Yaya looked like he had a broken ankle the way he rolled about in midweek and would put Nasri's pain threshold around the same!!
Even if the kick was mid air it can cause damage depending on force.

Relax guys can all the internet doctors wait for official word from the club please? Could just be a hard knock I have had one of those when some drunk **** fell on my standing foot.

I think Milner was great and is an unsung hero this season he has been fantastic.

Where the fuck have you been hiding?

Anyway on to Nasri, hope he's ok.

I'm about just busy. What a goal from Suarez!

Gutted for Nasri major blow he'll be a massive miss. Navas will get plenty of game time now. What u recon to Chelsea lending us Mata? haha.

Sadly no chance, but a cheeky transfer bid might not be a bad thing! Or failing that how about an enquiry for Isco?!

This place just needs another isco thread, lets start one. Maybe we can get PB to tell us it's nailed on

Ha ha, yes, I miss the Isco thread!

Re: Samir Nasri

Looks like it's bad. Very very important player could be out for the rest of the season

Pellegrini confirms its serious
I really hope not, but the pain he was in and the way his leg got locked made me think it was cruciates. Hopefully it's just an impact injury. Even a fracture would be infinitely preferable.
