What you all on about, he was superb (taking the piss out of them) in the 6 - 3,
at the Etihad last season.

I agree, he was so pissed to not have scored against them.

Let's hope he isn't selected on Sunday against arsenal as he has NEVER had an even remotely good game either at the Emirates or the etihad since his move from them to us . Can only guess he gets too emotional and/or tries too hard .
Whatever the reason is he is always poor against them .

Oh for fu

He has a point. Nasri has stank the pitch out time after time against arsenal. Completely bottles it. Couldn't wait to get off the pitch once at the emirates when he thought he was being subbed. Shirks it most/every time

He's playing better and looking more determined though, and I have hope that he can put in another good performance against them on Sunday

He ran the show against them in the 6-3

He very rarely performs as well away from home as he does at home, a lot of footballers are like that

But i fully expect him to be one of the reasons we win the game on Sunday

fuck's sake, fed up with us not keeping people fit.
Him missing at the same time as Toure is going to affect us big time. our ball retention is going to suffer and I'd expect our overall football to be patchy.
One of them at a time we can get away with, the two of them makes life hard.
I've still got confidence that we'll do the job required and eek out the points against Arsenal and I always thought we'd get a draw at Stamford Bridge and that hasn't changed. It's just the way in which we go about it that's going to alter.

Terrible news. I don't think it was coincidence that our dreadful run of form earlier coincided with Silva AND Nasri being out. The club just looks abysmal in keeping possession going forward without those two. Yaya also, as far as that goes.

Having two of those three out for the next 3-4 matches at least will be tough. Maybe Arsenal will be emboldened and come out at us. That might well work in our favour in the end. Good environment for Milner's skill set when that happens. But obviously still a massive loss.

I'd sure as fucking hell not risk Silva against Boro now. Ordinarily you can't just keep players behind glass never to be used, but an injury to Silva at this point would be utterly catastrophic.

Typical City never dies, you gotta laugh.
First it was Sergio, then Edin, David, Vince and now Nasri.
In thirty five years of following football, i have never seen a team getting decimated within its crucial elements on a regular basis such as ours.
Something is freaking wrong.

Right. What's going wrong? As soon as one player comes back to fitness another gets injured.

We currently have two injuries, try and compare that to other clubs, and see how great a number that it is.

FFS what a bunch of flappers on here. Instead of shoving five past the tarquins it will be three and instead of strolling to a two goal victory over the chavs it will be a nail biting win. Have faith in the boys...

Nasri's really upped his work rate since Pellegrini arrived, I've been impressed by him and his attitude (I wasn't always).

If this injury is correct, it's a blow for sure.

As for why we're getting so many injuries, who knows. We aren't alone in that.
Maybe it's the style of play with a lot of fast twist muscle / runs. Maybe it's the workrate? Who knows.

Another reason why we need to try and keep Milner IMO.

So Nasri out for a month with calf injury. Shit, we just needed more creativity to be taken from the team when yaya is out.

Awful news, we already miss Yaya and his creativity, now Nasri too. And two hard and important matches coming. Shit.
