Re: Mangala

I've learned from Kolarov, Dzeko, Demichelis, Nasri to not slag of players on bad performances. Kid will come good, 23 years old and looking forward to watching him in the future.

What he needs to do now is get his head into to training and do his best for the team.

Re: Mangala

I think the pace of Prem games caught him out to day. Unlucky with the header but the penalty was very poor. Improved in the second half.

Let's hope Ya Ya doesn't leave him out to dry again.... His fault for the penalty after a useless pass in the midfield

He was fucking shite. Didn't fucking pass the ball to a bloke in blue all fucking game, granted I never watched the game but he conceded a peno and scored an own goal so he must have been fucking shite.

What a Dido?? - Not mangala - the poster

Re: Mangala

If it takes a 32-year-old Demichelis half a year to become accustomed to the Premier League then we can forgive Mangala today's performance, especially coming off his very impressive Chelsea debut.

Maybe he should raise the white flag?

Re: Mangala

I watched him three times last season and he was excellent in two and abysmal in the other.

So far he's mirrored that this week for us.

I hope he's not this erratic all the time.

Got rattled after the unfortunate own goal and compounded it with a rash mistake. Not helped to calm down by some decidedly dodgy play from experienced players around him, but needs to settle down after making a mistake, rather than let it lead to others. Saved our bacon with his pace on a few occasions when Yaya kept underhitting square passes in our own half and seemed to calm down and do well in the second half.
Agree with this.

I want to thank you for giving me the best post of the night.

Re: Mangala

Mangala will come good.

He has everything to be the world's best CB.

Needs time to get used to the pace of PL and he will be a beast of a defender.

We are very lucky to have him and hope he puts tonight behind him and comes out stronger.

I'm not at all bothered, the OG was unfortunate, penalty was a bit stupid coz he was caught watching the ball and should have done better.

I'm happy overall
