Seemed to make a mistake every time I watched Porto last season. Txiki hasn't made a mistake yet in the transfer market though.

Was it Alan Kernaghan level of mistakes or the Odd Vinnie level mistake?

Looks like Bluwhit was on the money about his shirt number (No20) as well....I sure he confirmed that a few weeks ago!;) Nice going mate!!

according to opta joe he is the leading goalscorer for a defender in European competitions last season

Not exactly a "happy to be here" moment, is it?!

Hopefully, he has come in fit and ready to go. Wouldn't surprise me if there was a closed door game next week (Tuesday or Weds) for the players who have come in late and are a step behind, so they can step it up before either getting a game or getting on the bench for the L'pool game.

I'd like to see a few of them on the bench against Toon, just in case there is a chance of getting them some game time, but that might be a bit early for them. Either way, it might be hard to keep Vinny off the pitch from the start!

I've watched plenty of him on Youtube and he's a real threat at set-pieces
