He's fucking horrible

But so is Pellegrini. Especially at setting up a defence, so i'm still not sure what to think of him and whether he could come good or not

Indeed, hate is a strong word, but it's clear as a fanbase we seem to need someone to...'dislike' - we seem to need a villain, why is that do you think?

Asking as I honestly don't know why it seems to be a requirement to being a fan...

There are definitely some posters who go over the top , calling players , c*nts, tw*ts etc., the match day thread is the worst example ,but if all supporters could find a happy medium between manic depressive and happy clapper , it would be very boring , i find the haters amusing most of the time , because as City fans/followers/match going supporters , they really have never had it so good.

It's a bit like even the referees have given up on him by now. I think it was a clear foul on him for their goal, but you could hardly feel sorry for him after such a horror show.

I prefer 'haven't had it so good for a while' - but point taken.

You know the form. =)
Firstly the now 24 year old "Kid's" last season for Porto was (So the experts said) average at best and the club paid well over the odds at £30 mil+ based on that season alone - that's the clubs decision and nothing to do with Mangala.

Their striker didn't score but his overall performance was poor (That's being kind) and I personally fear the worst whenever he is involved in the game! A dropped bollock waiting to happen.... And it usually does. For me, he doesn't look a natural footballer (I like you're skating around comment) and often attempts to tackle with the wrong foot.

Fair play, against Leicester he played well but tonight he was poor (I'm being kind again), regardless of the "Weather conditions" and overall to date has been awful for us.

I wish he was brilliant, read the game well, won most headers, made consistent interceptions/tackles and had good regular distribution but he is far from this and I doubt will ever get near this.....

Sorry but just telling the truth!

He will be the hero in the next game. A very good player just going through a rough spell.

What fucking rough spell? Give your head a wobble. Did one Watford player actually get past him? Nope!
Even that dodgy bouncing ball he ushered the striker away from goal.....his job!

Eh, what horror show did you watch? Can't possibly blame him for the goal......even the corner was a foul on him!

Honestly feel people are being a bit too harsh on him today, I don't think he was any worse than Otamendi and both were still better than they were for most of last month minus the Leicester game. Many of the things Mangala had to do today were also because Kolarov horribly failed to defend that left side which often forced Mangala to be dragged wide.
