Re: Frank Lampard (staying until end of season confirmed P11
It was an FA cup break last weekend so maybe things are a bit slow but that does not divert from the fact that there are many people that overreact and live on the obvious biased sensationalism of certain media outlets like Daily Mail. I understand that there is a need to talk about something but at least let it not be in reaction to issues that does not affect the bottom line and does not affect to prospects of the club.
Like the agenda thing and this Lampard nonsense story conveniently brought just as the premier league resumed, the reality of bias, hatred and in this case utter desperation to derail and besmirch anything and everything in the club whilst capitalizing and exploiting a considerable portion of the public, who admittedly share the same feelings as junk papers like the Daily Mail , does not and will not affect the club and so they should not be validated by constant reactions by people here.
If they want to hate, let them hate. We should not give a flying you know what because the bottom line is that we are moving forward, progressing and even the scheme of the FFP, specifically designed to stop us does not seem to have stopped us in our tracks and it never will.
We are top of the league.
There are also many other things that are infuriating the media ranging from macroscopic things like the CFA to microscopic but still as pertinent fact that the EDS looked good against Chelsea the other night which puts a spanner to their agenda that City is going to spend and spend and ''ruin the game'' with no interest in bringing young players through. The likes of Barker and many impressive youngsters have certainly made them sweat a bit.
My message is this, you should be able to filter away nonsense and focus on the bottom line, which is upward and onward regardless of any schemes by the media, UEFA, or any other forces out there hell bent on making sure that their detached, envious and irrational feelings and opinions are validated regardless of the reality.
NYCFC will be without Lampard for only 3 months or so (into the MLS season) and then he will join them and stay there for the rest of his career. Lampard is a fit, professional and gifted player that has at least another two years of football in him. This is the bottom line and we should just move on and ignore all the nonsense made because of this.
