hes been brilliant this season for us, both attacking and defending, there are a certain section of city fans who need a scapegoat, it was kolarov until he showed some quality this season, as he did last season ,and the season before, so navas is the next one, the old cliché will come out ,cant cross, cant score, we had it with joe hart, cant pass to anybody, cant save to his left, some people really haven't got a clue. and without looking through peoples post history im pretty sure that they are the same ones, always need to whinge.

Slight exaggeration with charity case, but still, he seems to be constantly defended for incompetent performances. It seems city fans are just happy to see a player 'working hard' and they forgive the fact he is incapable of doing the most basic things his job requires.

Because when you're aspiring to be the best club in Europe, You can't have some charity case in the most integral position on the pitch. Would he get anywhere near the Barca, Mardrid starting 11? Imagine him coming on for Bale or Ronaldo.

Yes he works hard but we need more than just that and for a right winger his final ball, shooting and decision making are poor. Therefore, he needs to be shipped out next summer

What I think people who don’t actualy go to watch the matches fail to understand is Navas’s overall contribution. Comparing him to Aguero is wrong, they do different jobs. When you have Sterling, Silva, Aguero and Navas all attacking a defence at the same time their overall threat when combined is greater than the sum of their parts. Navas allows the likes of aguero and Silva to do their jobs better, as does Sterling. When you have Sterling and Navas pulling the defenders wide all the time it leaves gaps in the centre of defence that allow Aguero and Silva to work their magic. Navas does his job exceptionally well. We cant have 11 Agueros. Hes one of the biggest unsung heroes in our squad in my opinion.

If you think all people who run fast but have poor end product are Aaron Lennon, then you are fucking clueless about football. His movement, ball retention, link up play, defensive contribution and general play are absolutely miles ahead of Aaron Lennons and he's been an incredibly useful member of our squad. As for the "not CL winning callibre", he's already won the fucking world cup ffs, not to mention that the team being linked with him a Barcelona. Some right numpties on here it seems
