Player Topic: Jesus Navas (2015/16)

Navas is a good option at wingback if we ever decide to go 3-5-2/3-4-2-1 against teams who've parked the bus. Nobody else in the squad has the skillset to do it on the right side.

I'm not a big fan of him as a regular player, especially as it was generally at the expense of the more productive Milner, but if we add De Bruyne and Sterling, then we need a hard-working alternative within the squad for balance.
 
No goals last year was piss poor from someone playing in that position for us.

He was 5/10 for me last year and I am not fussed if he goes.

Got to disagree, just because he didn't have any goals didn't mean he was piss poor, was very good at tracking back when the likes of Silva, yaya and nasri wouldn't, people will notice the difference if sterling comes, navas' work rate was his main asset aside from his pace.

Although he is poor at finishing he actually tracks back
