with all my respect but what it's the point in having 3 defenders on the bench in a game when most likely we will need creativity ...if the game will not be like we all want he would had been a good option on the bench

Because if he comes on and gets injured, which is a big concern with Jovetic, Pellegrini has cost the club ~£20m for the sake of twenty minutes of football.

Not a bad deal for a 29 year old player who had handed in 2 transfer requests, took a 6 month mid-season vacation and was also in the last year of his contract with no intention of signing another.

Not to mention the €1m we will receive every time Juve qualify for the CL in his first three seasons and another €1m each time they win the league in that time as well.

Ever since it came out Jovetic was out of the CL-squad nothing happened that changed my view on the matter. Bad ma management and bad squadmanagement to out a player that was part of the squad that got us where we were. Instead putting someone in (Bony) who made already a step up by joining us, no CL-experience, not a second trained with us and therefore not played for us as well. Jovetic not suiting our game ... well that could go for a lot of others. Jovetic should have zipped it but l fully understand his frustration. It was as bad a decision from Pellegrini as Mancini leaving out Pantillimon in the FA-cup final. I hope Bony scores a couple to put us through vs Barca to make me eat my words but l can't see it happen.
