Really hope he stays. I think it would be a poor move on our part if we move him on considering his age (25) and ability.

At a stage now where we need young, hungry, committed players and Stevan certainly fits the bill.

Personally think the lad has conducted himself very well during what must be a difficult period for him, not getting selected for the Champions League and not not featuring much, many would have spat their dummy out.

I know he had a little bit of a pop in the press but this lad has the attitude and talent to star in the new cycle we need.

Mentioned it before but for me you could see what the lad was all about when he came on against Burnley. Yes it didn't come off but the attitude he shown in his 15 minutes was exemplary. There for all to see he actually gave a shit and shown more energy and passion than pretty much everybody else that day.

I take it you missed that interview with the Daily Fail (or manybe the Daily Fail just obtained quotes) back in February after beeing dropped from the squad?

Read the bit in huge text.

You're deluded if you think Jovetic just voicing his unhappiness at being left out of the biggest club competition in the world is spitting his dummy out. His attitude has been bang on since he joined the club.

I agree he reacted as if expect any self respecting pro to react to being dropped from the squad. I also think ability wise he should be a very good player. However I just think he's too soft. Strikes me as a player who has to feel 100% before he will consent to play. Little knocks seem to be enough for him to say I'm not available. I think a lot of other players would say I want to play and go through a bit of pain to keep/get a shirt.

Jovetic, who attracted interest from Italian duo Inter Milan and Juventus in January, added: 'I have not made any decision about my future. I will wait until the summer then we will see.

Doesn't think much of City fans then despite your support.

Same yesterday v WBA.

I would keep him and sell Dzeko. He is more versatile - can play #10 behind Aguero or Bony. If we sell both him and Dzeko, we need to buy another striker which to me doesn't make sense.

Jovetic must stay! Love him as a player. If Aguero goes to Madrid and Bale comes in exchange the system would work better.
Bony, Jovetic up front. Another crack striker signed. Dzeko to go with Yaya Nasri & Navas. Bring in three or four quick hungry players
I can see a more fluent attacking team next season. Silva as captain.

Won't get much quicker than Navas and he gives everything. With different tactics and personnel he would be more than good enough. Faired well when the beast was at his best.

Aguero won't be going anywhere in the summer for less than 100m believe me!
