He was never technically gifted, he just had much more space in which to work at Swansea.

Disagree mate. In and around the box he should he had two good feet and was more than able to create the space for himself.

He needs to up his game and quickly as this is his chance.

Perhaps in hindsight 'selfish' is a bit unfair.

But it doesn't excuse poor decision-making and incoherent link up with the rest of the team and our system.

I don't think his linkup play has been bad though. Some of his recent passes for Sterling & Nacho have been sublime. He isn't someone to run in behind. He just can't hit a bull's arse with a banjo in front of goal at the moment & that will decide his fate. But we've already seen him do that stuff previously. If his left foot shot hadn't been saved early on, this thread would be rather different imo & he'd have scored one of the others with his right. All 3 were hit with pace that's with either foot. This guy can play.

Let's compare a proper big man pre-injury Negredo with Bony and then you see a clear difference. Negredo could do everything that Bony could do and more and that was the reason he was a fans favourite. Bony has proven nothing and from all we've seen from him, he's been a flop signing.

Why not compare him to Negredo post injury? Seeing as Bony has had numerous injuries since signing for us and suffered from malaria!

I was Negredo's biggest fan but it's hugely unfair to compare Bony with Negredo's best spell and just ignore his worst.

Worse forward since Jo.

Absolute clown and it was criminal taking Kelechi off instead of that muppet.

Theres only 1 muppet here.

I'm all for analytical criticism but slagging off and calling one of our own is an absolute joke.

Missing the point. In that 6 month period, Negredo was a brilliant big man. Compare that to Bony now and you see how far away from that he is.
