Be fair here guys he was by far our best player tonight until his red card and I can't blame him for losing his rag as if I was on the pitch I think I'd be in a cell right now for GBH on that referee.

You were at at different game mate. Cost us the first goal and his sending off was beiyond dumb.

Supreme footballer on his day but a selfish, thoughtless c**t.

this^

he didnt give a fuck for his under pressure mgr when he lashed out

I though Kun and Milner were the guys really trying

Re: Yaya?

I do think he wants out..but..if he stays and we keep playing with a mid two yaya + a fern..then its going to stay ugly imo. Something about this has the sniff of summat festering at the club..something is wrong and tonight was just the culmination. Whatever it is needs sorting asap.

Re: Yaya?

He is playing no worse than Kompany, Zaba, Navas, Nasri, Jovetic etc. as a few mentioned already over here. It is just that those goals aren't coming from him, people tend to criticise him all the more. Last year was a freak one for Yaya, he is never going to hit those heights. He ain't suitable to be playing in a two man mf, but still I blame it down to Pellegrini's insistance on not tweaking the formation. When you have players like Modric, who are technically excellent on the ball coupled with brilliant work rate and Kroos playing along side him, it is ok to play a mf two, not when you have a player like Yaya, who doesn't bother to defend. I think as of now, Yaya is only suited for a 4- 3 - 2.- 1 formation, but that comes at the cost of Silva being slightly restricted may be.

The usual wankers on here who don't like him will slate him. He was one fo the few who looked like he might create something tonight. The ref was a total farce.
Trouble is his lack of discipline had already seen us concede a goal after 2 minutes and then he gets sent of for a ridiculous shove. There is no defending him tonight. Totally unprofessional.

Re: Yaya?

Get a grip people. Yaya has been instrumental in City's good times.

Some people who should know better started an agenda with him over the Summer

Re: Yaya?

I would think many other coaches would treat a luxury like this the way Juventus do with Pirlo... a 3-man midfield. You'd have to sacrifice one of the usual attacking players but in turn it allows Yaya to attack more freely. I just don't understand why we haven't done this in Europe more, given how blatantly sussed out our style is there. Try new things instead of running into the same brick wall over and over again expecting it to disappear.

Good post. If only our manager could see this.

Re: Yaya?

He doesn't care about club anymore. We should buy couple of world class midfielders as replacement.

Re: Yaya?

Ever since "Cake-gate" his attitude and overall play has been atrocious. Not even at 20% of what he was last season.
