Re: Yaya?

I am with those of you asking the crowd to back him.
He is a City player and sometimes a devastating one. I am not going to get into the argument about whether he doesnt care anymore, but perhaps he was asked to do and not to do some things Wednesday? Especially in the absence of Fernando. He is too professional to come out and use this as an excuse, so we should also be careful what we are saying.

Come on City Sunday, lets start the season again with a typical City display!

Re: Yaya?

I'm not defending Yaya...he's been very disappointing on both fronts. I'm saying don't abuse him,it'll be counter productive and damage the team and image of the club. The coach will make the decisions regarding his fitness, form and selection and the directors regarding his future beyond this season. It may be that he is used as an impact sub @ 65/70 minutes more frequently in the near future but whoever replaces him as a starter will have to be a very special player and grab the opportunity with both hands !! CTID.

Re: Yaya?

He should be dropped if Fernando is fit,it can't be one rule or Yaya and one for the rest. Hart has made some glaring errors over the past couple of years but I can't question his passion or effort. That's all we ask, it's not too much is it?...the same goes for Nasri. They both may have a blinder on Sunday then go missing for the next 3 games. Is that acceptable?..it seems to be the case with some fans but certainly not for me.

So that put's the lazy argument to bed. Next.

Re: Yaya?

Yaya is an enigma, from the minute he steps on the pitch he looks like he's already put in a full shift, he looks knackered. Although an advocate of work effort, for some class players it just isn't their forte. He can turn a game on it's head with one killer ball. Trust me there would be a queue at the door if we released him, that includes those raggies !

Reminds me of Adebayor some days. All the talent in the world but fails to apply it on so many occasions.

Comparing Yaya to Adebayor is like comparing the Beatles to a karaoke singer.

As is your failure to grasp the concept of comparison
