In not a huge fan, despite his obvious quality I think he can be lazy. Today however he was excellent.

Excellent today, just what was needed.
It was a game that suited him, because Chelsea sat off him so much - but that's not to take anything away from his performance. Made current media darling Fabregas look distinctly average.

Showed why he is so frustrating to watch....if he can put in performances like this against one of the very best teams, he should be doing it every game.
