I agree. His stock was high, could have got £20 - 25m for him. Which is good sum for a player that wants to leave and is aged 31. Bad management by keeping unhappy player who clearly wanted out and we are paying the price now.blueinsa said:All players and managers have a natural life span and it was time to cash in on Yaya this summer past.
We will live to regret not doing so.
excuse my editing your post but he's also part of the problemCityFan94 said:If we're going 4-4-2 in the CL, it has to be 2 solid centre midfielders - Fernando and Fernandinho.
If we're going 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 in the CL, only one of Nasri, Yaya and Silva can play IMO.

Lucky to get £15m next summer or in January, due to his form and age.

hahahhahahahhahahahhha
did you witness his non-performance last night? Wake up and smell the coffee, the writing is on the wall.
let's hope the future resembles the past then but unfortunately our key games don't correspond with his gear changesZin 'messiah' Zimmer said:.... He gets up to speed around 10/11 in, always has, always will.....

I agree I think going forward he was good last night. I think the main problem in Europe is the two strikers don't work hard enough to drop in. Jovetic is one of our most hard working players and could do that job.jay_mcfc said:Played well going forward last night. His possession is a thing of beauty and he plays well with Silva. His defensive abilities haven't really changed in the whole time he's been here, so not sure why we have to talk about it after every game. Or is it because the ITV commentators were saying how shit he was playing, so we now all believe that?
as is the ageing process my blue friendZin 'messiah' Zimmer said:George Hannah said:let's hope the future resembles the past then but unfortunately our key games don't correspond with his gear changesZin 'messiah' Zimmer said:.... He gets up to speed around 10/11 in, always has, always will.....
Unfortunately we've played Liverpool, Chelsea, arsenal, bayern and Roma in Our first 8, historically we've never had a start like it and thus his slow burning is being exposed, class is permanent matey!!!!
