not complaining about the shortlists, but theres something wrong here.

juan mata is 23, yet he is not on young player list, whereas sturridge is. i think chelsea fans will tell you who's had the better year.

demba ba has not been quite as good in the last few months but he has had a better year than parker i would argue.

tim krul is 23 and has been excellent. yet he misses out while welshit, sturridge make the list. and walker? english hype machine perhaps?

theres a distinct bias in the nominees
