Players allegedly singing “Allez” song

At Anfield? Only joking, but you should know better then.

The song has been sung all season. It hasn’t been adapted like the Bernardo chant and no one has had any problem with it.

But low and behold, the Dippers lose the title and the smear campaign is in full flow.

Out of curiosity where do we draw the line? Can we no longer sing “we never win at home” because it’s an insult to alcoholics and encouraging drinking? What about the chant to the Dippers and the Rags “you’re stuck in the past”? We all know that Hillsborough and Munich happened in the past, therefore is it obvious what City fans really mean?

What the reaction to this song has shown is exactly why the Dippers are called victims. Looking to take the moral victory at all times and will use tragic events to their advantage.

Lol no worries I can take it. Honestly I hadn't even picked up on the full Kiev detail (knowing that hooligans posted videos is a bit niche for me, I don't think that can be expected) so this thread has definitely changed my mind on how much of an issue the wording is at all.

It's impossible to know where to draw a line like any of these grey areas, and I don't disagree with you about the moral high ground context.

I stand by my point on the club. I don't think fans singing this is anywhere close to as much of an issue as the club's PR department rubber stamping it. You just know it's getting dragged up next time we play them. All they needed to say was "oh just an innocent mistake let's move past it" and now it's a 'thing'.

Looks like the click baiters have died down for now anyway.

Love how these Liverpool fans say “can’t buy class” but since when did Liverpool have any class? Sing about the Munich air disaster, former players spit out of cars, they throw people in fountains and smashing up buses.
