Policing in the UK

Still didnt answer my qustion , i will save time here and say i live with a brain injury after a bad car accident , i was a trauma nurse for twenty years and kicks and stamps to the head can be mild or major. The policeman will know this ,the guy was restrained so it is an reckless action
I'm sorry for your injury but you're wrong in this instances case, and relating your injury to it is inflammatory.

The bloke behind him was fully active he'd punched the officer in the head half a dozen times a few seconds earlier, he'd already been blindsided once would you expect him to turn his back again.
Sure he had been previously active. I may be wrong but when the copper went in with his boot, the other was sat with is hands above his head and iirc, a taser being pointed at him.

Has anyone timed how long this altercation went on? Without badly edited footage?

Reckless maybe seconds after the officer had been head punched multiple times, he wasn't watching it he was there basically on his own.

I am well placed to point out how dangerous an injury to the head can be , you are not discussing in good faith so i am out of this discussion with you
