Political relations between UK-EU

Well - there are often some tribute bands on in the local pubs....;-)

But you did not answer the question......

"I wonder what they do when they tour non-EU countries?"

I am guessing that they do exactly what they are being asked to do now - no?

And if so - why should their need to plan for their travels be a surprise to them?
I didn’t go looking for this, it found its way to me but the answer to your question seems to be that touring musicians have always enjoyed visa free access to many countries until now and it is the UK government’s decision to end that relationship with the EU. Does seem on the face of it to be petty and pointless but like the scrapping of the Erasmus scheme there is the usual apparent promise of something bigger and better which I suspect we will never see

What with people trying to be ironic, and particularly Swiss Cheese cluttering the thread by being silly, this could get tedious. I suspect that's the intention of some, to distract from the Brexit problems.

To be clear, there's no fun in this self-harm. It might be fun taking the piss out of those who think the problems could have been avoided by the new unicorn of change management. (Any decent change management process for Leaving would have concluded Don't Do It.)

I think you are in the realms of risk management there.

Having bypassed scoping.
