Political relations between UK-EU

It's been an interesting and well-behaved thread so far.
I can change that if you wish :))

I have just read something profoundly ignorant but as i am currently behaving myself i haven't replied.

I am being triple extra good this year for as long as I can.

Not really sure what you think the thread was specifically created for, or why discussion is being prevented?!
Well - I was just trying to help get/keep people on-topic

When you started the thread and gave it its title - I assumed that it was intended by you to be about:

Political relations between UK-EU

Which suggests that now that the UK has left the EU - how should the relationships between the 2 parties develop - is that not what you intended?

If I had it right - then posters bringing the discussion back to, as examples:

  • Past immigration controls
  • Stabilisation of Iraq
  • 1905 Aliens act
  • Development of brownfield land
  • Outside interference in Libya

Might be off-topic - no?

I was assuming that you wanted a thread about the future - rather than the past - afterall we have now definitely left the EU and, whilst the past is of interest - surely the key focus should be the future?

As I say, I was just trying to help - apols if I misunderstood what you were seeking
