Post counts

I would have thought you can recognise people better from their user name than post count and surely your opinion would be better formed on the quality of their posts rather then the quantity of posts.
The more info the better for me,a glance gives me a better idea of who they are,i can't be arsed looking up their post counts and looking at their posts individually

They can still be viewed though if you wish. For example I can see you have 204 posts just by clicking on your username.
For all those who are in favour of them being hidden, what difference does it make whether you can see them immediately or on another click of the mouse. Hiding them has done nothing iMO, and I for one would like to see them back

I would like the post count back.....took me years to get that number now I fel devalued....... mods out :)

In seriousness I do not see why they were removed.......it will be a case now of everyone with bad things to say being called a rag/wum at least if someone had 2000 posts they would just get wum and not rag :)

I have always subconsciously glanced at them to see whether I will pay attention. If it's no big deal in leaving them there then why not put them back?

Can any of the Mods share what problem they are trying to solve by this action and whether they genuinely believe it will make any difference bearing in mind on another click of a mouse, that information is there?

There is obviously passion on both sides for this, so wouldn't a win win be the ability to either enable or disable it?

Since using tapatalk about 3 years i dont know my post count and never know any other peoples post counts and never go looking for it no matter how controversial!
