Post Match Thread: City vs Spurs

sterling was hands down the best player, chased everything give 100% , yes he give the ball away sometimes but he was trying, our players seemed so far away from each other constantly being crowded out

I think Pep probably crossed another couple of names off in his "players to keep" list today.

I can't understand the club . What's the strategy and what are they trying to prove? We are a joke at the moment and we won't win anything with him as a amanger.

He's sorianos man, and Soriano runs the club, thus why the tickets cost so fucking much, he gives no shits about what the fans want, strikes me as the guy that will commission he own fucking statue. Fuck It i am going to get some beer, I wish you all a good week.

Dismal dismal performance by the referee and some of our players. The league has gone, can't rely on 3 three teams above us to drop points now. up next Chelsea and then 2 games against liverpool, including a cup final. without being pessimistic, I'm not exactly confident
If we can go up against the rags 8 points behind with 6 games left and win it , 6 points with 12 games to go is nothing , get a grip ffs

Of course it wasn't a penalty but City can't argue with the result, that's what happens when you only start to play when you go a goal down...Clattenburg's gonna Clattenburg

The Spaniards are to blame for clinging to a compliant but useless yes man in Pellegrini . They have wasted £££millions in poor signings and if it was not for pulling Pep out of the hat they'd be under serious scrutiny for their on field strategy. Our Owners should today ditch Pellegrini, appoint Paddy to complete the season. Tell Txiki he takes a backseat .
We are in free fall.

Go on, how did he cost us today?

Did he give the penalty?

Did he miss a clear chance when Kun was through on goal?

Did he miss the last second chance by Merlin?

Did he wrongly flag Kun off side just before the 2ND goal?

Did he make Yaya lose the ball?

My answer is no to them all.

He brought on Kelechi and that was a positive move I think you will agree?

We didn't deserve to lose that game end of but we did due to a bent Fucking ref.

It's Pellegrini who sends the team out week after week in third gear. That's why I want him gone. After the penalty the players were angry and injected tempo. Pep will not allow players to play the first 60 minutes of every game like it's a practice match.

The points you made are correct and on another day we'd have got away with it. But over the course of 38 games we do this far too often. And when are we going to beat a top 6 side?
