you would think City, United, Chelsea and Arsenal will be back in the top 4...but who knows.

People are trying to predict next season's top four.

I think we'll start a bit slow next season but then go on to dominate the league. (1st)
Tarquins will be Tarquins, they'll do just enough to be in the top 4 but will ultimately be that one quality player short of seemingly winning the title
Rags will also be there in the top 4, The Moaning One won't quite have them contending yet despite outspending every team in Europe
Dippers will round out it out, with the Klopp effect coming into full force
Outside the top 4:
Chavs will be better but will still miss out, putting loads of pressure on Conte (wouldn't be surprised if he were to be sacked even)
Tottenham will be the biggest shock, I think they'll be poor and their squad will be exposed
Leicester will have a natural come down around Southampton's level after teams figure them out
Everton will improve drastically giving their wank supporters hope that they've turned a corner, only to fade away towards the end and build for the season after
