Prominent Tax Dodgers revealed in leaked documents

All this tax nonsense, and government tax policy (Labour and Conservative) is summed up nicely in a quote by French writer Alphonse Allais (in the Grauniad):

'You have to get money where you find it, from the poor. OK, they don't have much money, but there are a lot of them'.

FACTA prevents people from the US doing this.

That and (a) income tax is lower in the States than in most European countries (top rate of c39%, reached at $440k) and (b) it's relatively easy to avoid tax in the states without moving your money offshore. Less incentive.

Still a bit whiffy, I expected the Glazers to be in there at least :)

I get really pissed off at how the bent try to implicate the rest of us in their bentness with claims that running a car boot weekly is in any way comparable to what Cameron senior did to avoid all UK tax. Similarly up comes the claim that everyone pays workmen in cash and get a lower price consequently. I've never been offered such a Deal, I have never employed a tradesman on the black and never would.
It is all indicative of the way behavioural standards have slipped.
I bet the tax evader sympathisers on here will be the first to whine when someone in their family has a bad time in an under resourced hospital or when an elderly loved one is treated like garbage in an under resourced care home.

Can you give us the exact figure please so we can all know when to be morally outraged, because it seems to me some people don't understand hypocrisy in the slightest, the bad guys are always the ones above the pay station of the drama queens

I'd imagine the Glazer's will be alarmed they are not in there and will be asking their accountants to explain themselves.

This might be the sacrificial lamb. Cameron saying that he hasn't nor has his 'immediate' family any money in this tax haven. What exactly does he mean by 'immediate' family? Him and Sam? Any Cameron money is lying there waiting for someone to pop their clogs and he'll be quids in??

Really stinks this, I wonder how deep this runs into the chronies in Westminster? Infighting over Europe, Duncan Smith chucking his toys out of the pram. Shame we haven't got an oposition capabile to put the boot in.
