If we play how we have been doing since the turn of the year then we should be fine. A goal in the opening half an hour should settle us down. If QPR come out, we simply switch on at the back and pick them off, hopefully making it 2-0 and 3-0 as the game goes on.
Give me Mancini's job.
Name your team then BOB?
I've had a change of heart since yesterday, and I could do tomorrow, but I'll post what team I currently think will do a job and the reasons why.
Hart coming back in is pretty much self-explanatory. Lescott and Nastasic are the only two natural centre-backs available in the squad, so that's self explanatory too. Zabaleta and Clichy are our two strongest full-backs, so that's also self-explanatory. Javi Garcia and Barry have done well together recently, so that's self-explanatory too. Silva, Tevez and Aguero are instrumental when they get going, and I think this will be the chance Sinclair finally gets to show what he can do. This formation allows us to move the ball to the advanced midfielders quickly and hit on the break at any given moment. Clichy and Zabaleta supporting every other attack.
Subs: Pantilimon, Rekik, Kolarov, Milner, Dzeko, Nasri, Balotelli.
