Have you got any evidence for that?We have always needed passports to travel abroad since the 18th century. ...., if you were from the UK you couldn't get out of the country or back in it without one.

I’ve travelled to many countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and America without a passport, all to do with an MoU.
