Never a penalty (Ferguson: We should have 4 penalties) in a million years. Foul at it's best though Cahill touched the ball, and if foul than booking at it's best s he clearly went for ball, never a red card:

After the match Ferguson was firing at linesman who called 2 penalties against United at Old Trafford but couldn't see this one and he said he doesn't blame Webb. Just look at Webb's position at this one, he had a clear view but of course Ferguson won't blame him publicly, he blames less important guy.
