This wasn’t a leading question; “How big a decision was it for you, because at your previous club - of course, there’s no guarantees in football, there isn’t Raheem - but, you won four Premier League titles, you won trophies, you won individual honours as well; how big a decision is it to move from that?”Disappointing the amount of people on here triggered over that interview.
The questions were leading and he was asked "are you sure, is there not a part of you that was resentful and angry?" Raheem said no, at the time yes he was fuming when dropped but he isn't now.
You all know Sky are manipulative with creating stories and many have fallen for it
And Raheem answered that question with; “As I said, I wouldn’t, erm, you know, stay, and, of course, take part in something I knew that that I couldn’t give my my all in…”
He couldn’t give his all because he wasn’t playing in the games he thought he should be? Sod off Raheem!
That’s not at the level but not far off Stephen Ireland’s “I didn’t care about the score when I was on the bench” days after leaving Scholes to run free into our box and score an injury time winner for United.
As I’ve said, it’s not worth giving him shit when he returns to play against us, I’ll still applaud him, but it does shows a lack of self understanding and awareness and a poor attitude to his teammates, club and fanbase.
