You read the last few pages? Because there is no hate!
You only need to go back one page mate.
"I hated the little twat when he played for us and Im not going to stop now. Getting a massive Boo from me anyway".

I don't get the booing of former players. Sterlling did a solid job for City and moved on when we didn't want him any more. Palmer has never said anything bad about City but he needed more regular football. That's life.Yeah, I don't get the hate for Sterling? We booed him and Palmer yesterday when the names were read out.
Odd that alot of our fans didn't rate Sterling but now boo him I thought they'd be happy he left
Palmer is very good and is only gonna get better playing every week for Chelsea but he is only scoring penalties at the moment. His best game for the last three seasons maybe, both he and Palmer were killing us yesterday. I could only wish Phil having a fractuion od self-confidence Palmer has. I just don't get hatred he gets from some of our supporters.
I thought his celebration was very toned down, because it is obvious now he's been hurting how we discarded him. I always liked him and I am extremely happy for him to get back to his old form, just he could've waited just for another week...little fecker! :)
Can't say for all of our fellow fans, but I've seen some on this forum get really bitter about a player's departure, it's bizarre. In the same season, Cancelo was praised to high heavens, but as soon as he departed to Bayern, he got called all sorts of names. As per usual, it's even worse on Twitter.I don't get the booing of former players. Sterlling did a solid job for City and moved on when we didn't want him any more. Didn’t Cancelo have a big fallout with Pep?Can't say for all of our fellow fans, but I've seen some on this forum get really bitter about a player's departure, it's bizarre. Cancelo loved his time with us and brings it up fondly, even has high praise for us fans. I think he'd be upset to see the amount of abuse he got by our own fans.
Sterling was our 2nd highest goalscorer under Pep and was a big part of our trophy hauls. Even at his worst, he still tries hard on the pitch. Yet from the remarks directed towards him post-departure, you would've thought he stunk up the place since the day he walked through the doors.
It's crazy.
Think that wasn't really confirmed, Cancelo did deny the bust-up however (it was about playing time he said), could all be journalists cooking up stories about a sudden player departure. Still, he did pay tribute to the fans on social media, and didn't say anything bad despite the boos.Didn’t Cancelo have a big fallout with Pep?
I largely agree but with Sterling I think it was that he was so brilliant for a season or two and then his form just dropped like a stone and was, let's be honest, pretty awful for a good two seasons before he left. Can't say for all of our fellow fans, but I've seen some on this forum get really bitter about a player's departure, it's bizarre.
