good move for him, at Chelsea he was not gonna play, while at Arse he will be in title race, in form he is better than Martinelli, Trossard and also can fill in for Saka who is never injured anyway.
not too happy as Arse had a decent window, Calafiori, Merino, Sterling all decent players, who will add much more options, deeper squad and some quality too to them than likes of Phillips, Nunes gave us. hope Savio, Gundo balances that out
he was frustrating at times for sure, but still was crucial part of the team with serious end product. once we got in Grealish writing was on the wall for him, we also got great fee for him.
wonder if similar loan deals why never entertained by Txiki, dont see much risk in them, while the upside is positive if turns out to be great. worst case scenario they flop as big as Phillips, but then they return to sender, rather than stuck with Phillips loaned out until free agent.
Raya on loan also wasnt bad for Arse last year.

Agree 100%, but the words might and inevitably, in your post, both encourage and worry me.Decent signing at his best. Needs a bit of an arm round the shoulder which he'll get off arteta - might do really well and will inevitably score against us.
My favourite player before Doku and glad to see Blues showing love unlike the dippers still trying to mock him when he has had a better career than their legend, Gerrard!

Which league are we talking about here?It makes a ton of sense for Arsenal. Martinelli is a back-up quality player, at best. Sterling-Havertz-Saka is as good as any front three in the league.
