I must say that a wing partnership of Sterling and Navas with Silva moved behind Aguero is mouth watering, 2 midfielders from Pogba, Kondogbia, Veratti, Koke, Gundogen or Schneiderlin would have us looking league favourites again. Blend nicely with youth from Angelino, Maffeo, Barker et al and bobs your uncle! Easy this management game!

What do people reckon the costs of each one of them might be?

Silva should definitely be in the no. 10 role behind Aguero but don't think Navas has a good enough end-product to make our starting eleven.

Koke or Pogba should be our number one priority this summer. Gundogan would also be good. The others you mentioned at CM aren't much of an improvement on Fernandinho who is continually underrated.

The Sterling Silva puns would be great too.

I like the idea of a pun-inspred transfer policy.

We could also apply it to the coaching staff situation and perhaps get David Platt in em?

Those wages are pure bollocks. Was the piece signed by his agent?

I dont personally care what he costs as if the powers that be sanction it then fair do's! A player we could actually use and he could turn out to be world class! Give him a lengthy contract and spread the fee etc over a 6 year contract.
