I'd open with a bid of 25 million plus incentives and go as far as 35 million they won't get more than that off any team maybe even offer dzeko/jovetic as part of any deal. And ffs will people stop flapping about aguero to Madrid it will never happen the only team that might be able to entice him away is barca! And they seem pretty ok in that department!
