I'm glad to see the optimism here, I'm not completely sold on him though.
Ace. Just what my grandson said. Sterling runs like a girl. It's a lot of money for someone who runs like Velma.

Haha just seen your reply Wrexham good one mate.Sterling must have a pretty tasty bird then I'm guessing?
Haha, you can rest at ease my friend, I am not from the dark side......A sensible first post, you can't trick me rag ;)
Very optimistic post, I truly hope you are right. Only time will tell.I commented on a thread the other day and said that £50 million on Sterling is less of a risk than signing Pogba and I still believe in that.
He is a top player already and is only 20 years old. It's scary to think of what his is potentially capable of and there is no better club than us for him to reach that potential. Last season he practically carried a shite Liverpool side to fifth whilst played out of position. The season before he played a huge part in them almost winning the PL and his link up with Suarez and Sterling was top class. He is already a proven top PL player with plenty of time to establish himself on the European stage. Even Madrid shit it when the Dippers brought him on against them.
With Rooney on the decline, England will need a new poster boy and Sterling fits that bill. With our Nike connections and possible/hopeful future success then he could become one of the most marketable players in the world.
Don't be a Smart Arse m8 :)
You & i both know everyone has a price & contracts mean little- just a way for the club to get a decent fee for said player.
Are you honestly saying with a straight face IF we slapped £50M on the table for either of those two players at the very least talks & negotions would not begin?!
We could maybe sign them for less.
Dortmund do not like Bayern & did not want Lewandowski to go to their biggest rivals yet it happened for the right price, Figo from Barca to real etc etc
Its the fact that he has performed in the big games which makes me optimistic.Very optimistic post, I truly hope you are right. Only time will tell.

Honestly don't see him being worthy of being mentioned in the same breath as those two legends. Ever. You'll soon change your mind when him,kun and Merlin are mesmerising defences.
I like youcan't believe we going to get this lad for just 50m what a steal Liverpool are fcuking mugs to sell for that fee..
If we sign him, does he immediately stop being a diving ****?
Not if it wins a penner at the swamp. If we sign him, does he immediately stop being a diving ****?
Silvas shoots like one but eh ho.Ace. Just what my grandson said. Sterling runs like a girl.
