It has only just turned 10am in Boston which is were the money men will be deciding. I also think they probably want to see if any other fish jump in the pond if it looks like they are deliberating.

100% it will be rejected.
There are no other fish as far as Sterling and his agent are concerned. They want City 100%.

Hahaha, this is why I love watching scousers posting their deluded shite on here.

Do you know where they have got this from? Because Alexis Sanchez went to Arsenal and the Liverpool PR office couldn't think of anything else so pumped out numerous stories about how modern Northern clubs like Liverpool aren't as attractive as London clubs. Then there's fucking balloons can't see past the bullshit and in the best scouse traditions, pick up a dump truck and open their mouths and swallow it.

Love it when they come here, it always makes me giggle at how thick they all are

I have read some on here say that's the exact reason Hazard turned us down.

Why is the word "derisory" only used when a football transfer offer is deemed unsatisfactory? This word apparently exists for no other reason. We never use it in day to day speak, but come transfer window time, everything is "derisory". Sorry, I notice pointless things, I know :)

I'm not sure what is so funny? He is a London lad and it has been no secret that he and his family would love to return to London. Look money talks but if he had a choice between City and one of the London clubs he would choose London in a shot. It is why City are having to bid so high to try and secure him as talk Arsenal/Chelsea were interested with Sterling wanting a move to Arsenal but the prohibitive price has meant City may be his only choice.
I thought Liverpool wanted to keep him and wouldnt sell for less than £50m.

Are you suggesting they would let him go to Chelsea or Arsenal for less than the £40m we've offered.

Not just news management? Who knows.

I'd be gutted if I were a Liverpool fan because you might get good money for Sterling, but you may not be able to replace him. Transfers are gambles. Markovic looked brilliant before you bought him, but turned out to be poor (I know he might come good yet). And Utd bough Di maria and he's got to be the biggest disappointment in Premiership history...eclipsing Carroll & CFC's Torres buy.
