No, how did you infer that from the post you quoted? Liverpool will sell to the highest bidder. I just think if the £50m was matched by a few clubs including ones in London it would be his preferred destination. I'm not sure why so many here find that controversial. He and his family have always apparently wanted to return to London. He is a London lad.

All of this London talk is comical as well. Where has it even come from? A bunch of southern journalists and Liverpool ex players who are trying to soften the blow that Liverpool aren't a top team.

So Sterling says he won't sign an extension and then we immediately start making bids when no one else is? Sounds like we've tapped him up to be honest and he's rebuffed the bin dippers to sign for us.
