For the last fucking time, we want Sterling not only because of his potential, but because he is home fucking grown.

Or we could just get rid of Caballero and bring in a homegrown back up to Hart and save the Sterling money for a better non-homegrown player. Or try and kill 2 birds with one stone and test Real's resolve to keep Bale. Would cost a lot more than Sterling but is a far better player.
