its very clear Sterling does not want to stay otherwise he would have signed an extension long months ago. he is important player but not integral to the first 11 in the same way as KDB, Bernardo, Haaland, Rodri etc. if Chelsea offers him that and great salary, its not a bad move for him as long as they can fight for trophies.
