Middlesborough did, very recently - and they were about as good as Rangers were in their final. Celtic over-achieved under O'Neill who is capable of getting that from players. But surely the point is they're both going backwards? That league is tedious beyond belief. The only way they can improve is by playing better teams more regularly, you don't learn anything by thrashing Hamilton Accies and Falkirk.
