Just seen the handball again and I think Dias is blocking the ref's view. Lino should have spotted it though, and VAR DEFINITELY should have seen it - Walton said they didn't even review it..

Doesn't really matter, it was so late in the game that VAR wouldn't have time to look at it before the whistle sounded.
You can't expect a penalty to be given after the game has ended.

Unless of course it a game with the Rags.
