Caller on Talksport stated that Mancini had talked to Foy and that Foy had stated his belief that he wrongly sent off Vinny. could be bollock, still can't see it being recinded.

I know it sounds desperate and clichéd but we need to appeal this decision for the good of the sport. Tackles like this need to be made and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the challenge itself. Please City don't just let this slide absolute shocking decision on the Ref's behalf.

Its a red card for me, you don't have to hit the player for it to be red and imagine what could of happened if Nani hadn't jumped out of the way.

Since the end of November (ish) we have been consistently getting players sent off against the old top 4 (liverpool x 2, rags, chelsea). Makes you think, especially as none of them were nailed-on reds (except Clichy's).

The club have to appeal the red card. Never once touched Nani. Rooney in the ear of the ref gets Kompany sent off. I would love to have all the refs with mircophones so you could hear what is said to them by players and why they send off players.

1 glimmer of hope is the Jack Rodwell tackle against Saurez. Rodwells red card got recinded on appeal. This should happen with Vinny no contact on the player at all in the conditions you were always going to see them sort of tackles. Fuck me even Giggs got away with a tackle from behind in the game which is supposed to be a yellow card.

To be honest we are on the hit list of the refs. How many red cards have we got so far. Mario against Liverpool , Barry against Liverpool , Clichy against Chelsea , Kompany today and earlier in the season. It seems whenever we play 1 of the bigger teams we are getting fucked up the arse by the refs. If this was happening to Whiskey Nose he would be moaning all the time about the refs.

Stopped watching after 1st half, but not because of defeat.

I sat through our 3-0 trashing from Liverpool, our 3-0 trashing from Arsenal, but this I couldn't stand.
