I have no desire to care too much about all these fans that decide to turn up only when there is a trip to Wembley running on the back of it.

Luckily for our fans, I have nothing to do with it or they would get that.

if your having a sly pop at fans who have missed the early rounds 'which it seems to me you are' maybe you should offer a contribution to there mortgages so they can make games, its ok for some fans paying mummy and daddy £10 or in some cases fuck all

That doesn't make sense and why should I contribute anything?

I don't think it was sly either. It was just a pop.

But no, have a go at me and city instead. There is plenty for you to complain about.

-- Tue Mar 08, 2011 6:47 pm --

How very droll. Make that up yourself eh?

Your arrogance knows no bounds i see yet again on here!

Who the fuck are you that you can differentiate between who has or who hasn't been to games on here?

Who put you in charge?

Keep kissing your biceps big man!

I am not in charge. Which is lucky for you.

Am I not entitled to an opinion now?

Take the piss all you want soft lad.

Why the fuck don't you just stop reading this thread. You're one boring bastard and I'm sick of reading all your posts.

I'm astonished this thread has gone beyond 50 pages.

Who gives a fuck?

The game most certainly will not sell out in which case everyone who wants to go, can go.

The rest is window dressing.

It's a quarter final, I can't believe that 10,000 people who go PL matches won't want to go to it. Surely the top tiers should open? Forget all the complications, it is just too simple!

You could get a job running City's TO with that fine attitude to customer service.
Hahaha

I particularly like the "this is your punishment" angle he's been using.

Comical

The only thing comical on this board is you Dave. You bitch and moan and play your little school ground games. You haven't the balls to meet up for a pint. You don't try and talk directly to me as you know it goes one way so you do the subversive sidewides glance to laugh about me. It really is pathetic and childish.

I am not saying is your punishment - but have stated that the club was right to only have L1 & 2 open due to poor attendances in previous rounds. If people miss out then it is their hard luck, the tickets have been on sale for ages and if demand is big enough, level 3 will be opened. I would rather the team played in a ground with a bit of atmosphere.

Unfortunately so are the people running the TO.

if we actually had a decent fan base all this brinkmanship wouldn't be necessary.

we have the best side for decades and the cup crowds this season have been nothing short of a disgrace.

if the club close part of the ground due to a poor sales history who the fuck can blame them.

Its the usual protagonists. Never happy unless they've found something to moan about.

Apart from the closed tiers.........why has it not sold out already?

After the Villa match City were left with effectively 10 days to sell the tickets. From that:

2 days were restricted for S/card holders toreserve seats
1 day was restricted (unnecessarily IMO) to relocate L3 s/card holders

So general sales were left with a maximum of 7 days prior to match day of which we've had 3 so far. I don't know how many tickets the TO can shift in a day but expecting it to have sold 36k in total by now is asking a lot in my view.

Ive been trying to buy tickets online for 2 days now.
Because i havn`t used this service for ages,i therefore cant remember my login password.
no problem ,city will send me a e-mail reminder.
But ive changed my email address,
no problem i will ring custumer service to update it.
After two 20mins sessions waiting in a queue,i eventually speak to someone.
Tell the girl my new e-mail address TWICE,ive still havn`t recieved
any fucking email of city .
Feel like fucking it right off,but my 2 kids are right up for it.
Have you trie e-mailing tickets@mcfc.co.uk or general enquiries mcfc@mcfc.co.uk? Worth a go.

I reckon if you rang 0870 0621894 (office hours) and select the Customer Services Option they'd let you book over the phone without paying a fee, but I can imagine you'd be hanging on the line for some while.

Could you create a new supporter log-in by registering online again? Perhaps under your children's name? Have to beware of time in issuing paper tickets as it's now Tuesday

Sounds frustrating. All in all I think I'd try tinging supporter services tomorrow morning

belive me this wont happen in a couple of years time, we will need as many people in to the ground as possible, and because of the club wont open the 3rd tiers could lose them as much as 200k

This thread is depressing reading, only a matter of time before we get more and more of this in the stands....and I can't understand why.

To keep this on topic, I think they will open EL3 and sell half to 3/4 of it.

We joined the cup scheme as a we

1. Do not want to miss a game

2. Remain seated together

Our seats being in EL3 we were moved to North Stand 1 and not seated together.

We had the inconvenience of going to the ticket office to have seats together in Level 2.

Whilst wanting a bigger crowd to cheer us on hopefully to Wembley I will be pissed off if level 3 is opened and tickets sold to any seasoncard holder from Level 1 or Level 2 who could not be bothered to purchase tickets for previous rounds or until now for this game.

Hope if we do get to Wembley the club change the criteria for purchasing tickets and allow seasoncard attendees at previous rounds first choice of tickets over seasoncard non attendees.
