Reading vs. City Pre Match Discussion

Reading are very open at the back so are probably happy they are facing us who wont pressure their defence too much as we try and walk the ball in.
Dull, lifeless 1-0 win I reckon

Another low-scoring game I reckon. With all the shit that's been going on I can't see us scoring loads and playing perfectly. 1:0 win for us or perhaps 1:1..

They should put out tha same team as for wembley, with a brief to put a fookin shift in this time otherwise they can fookin walk back to Manchester, the lazy sods.

Mangerial crisis or not that performance on Saturday was ABJECT and unprofessional

I wouldn't play any of that shower who played on Saturday, let them know their performance was not acceptable.

Trouble is they would probably like that. Put them to work and make them suffer for the last two games.

Can't remember the last time I was more disinterested in a City game. Really don't give a fuck about it. The whole club is in a mess. What must the players be thinking ahead of the game ? A manager who is about to be sacked (if he isn't already gone by kick off time) trying to motivate players who know he won't be there next season. That's if they aren't thinking about their summer break already. Shouldn't go on about it but still hacked off after the shambles at Wembley. Bet the season card renewals are in the post any day soon too. Hope the fans that do go get something to cheer.

I think Edin deserves a go after getting 30 seconds of play time in the Cup...

I also think he should have been brought on around 75th minute on Saturday (immediately after Roberto took out Tevez)...especially since he scored the game-winner vs. QPR few days ago...

It was another one of WTF? moments with Roberto...but I really hope he stays...

Most interesting is psychological side of the game: manager about to be sacked motivating players who know he will not be here, and those who will not be here themselves...wow.

After the Cup final and the shite performance put in by the players I really don't know what to expect with this game. We should on paper win this quite convincingly, but I'm putting a tenner on Reading to win at 6-1.

I don't really give a fuck who plays. I hope everyone who comes to Reading sings Mancini's name throughout, and hopefully by some miracle he manages to keep his job.

I'll be there singing his name loud and clear.
Me too, hope the whole of the City end get right behind him all game

Draw/Draw: 7/1 with Ladbrokes. Two "can't really be arsed" teams. Game on!!

He's had one bad game against a terrific young player and you decide you want to replace him with kolarov? Lmfao!! Hope kolarov never plays for us again. He's terrible.

Just a thought like , but wouldn't it be worth us signing that 'terrific young player'???

Im actually going to be a bit pissed off if they play really well and stick 4 or 5 past reading, they have been lame and have played their part in getting mancini fired
