I see the FIFA players of Bluemoon are out in force...There will be 3/4 players coming in and 3/4 leaving...It will hardly be a complete overhaul

The team just look burnt out, unable to lift themselves and play with any intensity for the majority of games.
This team is just coming to the end of it's cycle and a rebuild is natural progression. But hopefully its Pep in charge of transfers based on the last few season's business.
Have to disagree, guardiola is coming to do a very specific job and that my friend will mean a complete overhaul. The season will finish, the chairmanship thoughts will be announced, the Chinese sponsorship deals announced and the players will arrive. Mark my words, and it is not Fifa players, but you don't give the reputed best manager in the world our ageing squad with its obvious deficiencies and say right pep, champions of Europe please.I see the FIFA players of Bluemoon are out in force...There will be 3/4 players coming in and 3/4 leaving...It will hardly be a complete overhaul

Didn't see that comingJesus Christ. Rather than effectively every player on the side departing, wouldn't it be easier for all of us if we kept the club intact and you quit following it?
I like your VK scenarioMangala might be the acid test for Pep. I just don't think he is that bad a defender, and only needs the right manager to improve his decision making skills and overall awareness. Better full backs will help this. Then stop Otamendi diving in and there’s a good CB pairing in the making.
I'd plan to move VK to a defensive midfield position where if he gets injured it's less disruptive to the team.
Two new pacy full backs and an experienced CB is where I'd start.
Then an attack minded midfielder and one new striker.
Five players in total.
That's the key. It's a natural progression. There's also a lot of contradictions knocking around the place at present. On the one hand people are saying we've not bought a world class player since 2011. On the other hand people are saying that we only need 3/4 players and Pep will have us sweeping all before us. It's nonsense. Regardless of the change of manager, this team was going to get ripped apart over the summer of 2015 and this summer. We started with KDB, Raheem, Ota, and Delph. I can see another 5/6 of which you'd expect most of them to be replacing players who are 30+ in our squad. As you say, end of a cycle, beginning of a new one.
